Specimen Lake Rules
A few essentials so everyone has a fair, safe session.
- Pre-booking essential — ring Tom
- 11hr sessions: 9am–8pm or 9pm–8am
- Minimum 12lb mainline, 32" landing net
- Unhooking mat required
- 2 rod limit per peg, no braid
- No children under 12
- Strictly catch and release
- Cabin available on Peg 1: €50 / 24hr (fishing fee separate)
Family & Match Lakes
No booking needed. Just come down during opening hours (10am–6pm, last entry 5pm). Pay at the tackle shop on arrival. Both lakes are walk-in for adults, juniors, and families.
